Preserving your fish is easier than you might think. Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Catch & Measure
If you're on one of our guided trips and land a trophy-sized fish, we’ll take the appropriate measurements and photos right away. If you caught the fish elsewhere, we’ll walk you through how to store or photograph it for an accurate mount.
Step 2: Choose Your Mount
You’ll choose from a variety of mount styles, including:
- Full-body wall mount
- Action poses
(swimming, turning, striking)
They'll help you pick the best option based on your fish, budget, and where you want to display it.
Step 3: Customization
We recreate your fish in vivid detail using premium materials and custom finishes — matched to the photos and measurements you provide. From fin position to coloring, every element is chosen to reflect your real catch.
Step 4: Delivery or Pickup
When your mount is complete, we’ll notify you for pickup or arrange local delivery.

How do I preserve the fish before mounting?
If possible, wrap the fish in a wet towel and freeze it. If you can't freeze it, take multiple high-quality photos and measurements before the fish deteriorates. We can also work from photos for replica mounts.
Do I have to catch the fish with Two Rivers Edge?
No. We accept mounts from any angler, regardless of where or how the fish was caught.
How much does taxidermy cost?
Pricing depends on species, size, and mount type. Contact Terry's taxidermy for a custom quote based on your fish.
Do you offer replica mounts?
Yes. If you released your fish but want to preserve the memory, Terry's taxidermy can create an accurate replica based on photos and measurements.
